	How to use the Essences

Dragonlight Essences carry the elemental energetic consciousness of the Dragon. Each one of them has a predominant color, own personality, knowledge and gifts to share with us during our journey in this lifetime. The Dragons are worshipped in the East but are hardly known in the West. They are the elders of the Earth, carrying all the world's knowledge and experience. They have made this knowledge and experience accessible to us in order to help overcome our personal challenges and those of our planet. They guide us to bring love, personal strength, structure and new developments into our lives, thus leading us to the next step of human evolution.

These essences work in a similar fashion to computer software on our energy fields, bringing in the new information we need to make the changes necessary to start the healing process in our lives.  Dragon Energies work with People, Animals, Places, Nature and all living beings can benefit from these essences.

How to use the DragonLight Essences

There are different ways of using these essences:

• The recommended dosage is 2 to 4 sprays under the tongue, 3 times a day. You can add the essence into your drinking water and sip throughout the day. In times of crises or high challenging situations you can increase dosage up to 5 minute intervals until you feel calm. Increase the frequency of use instead of the amount you take at one time.
• They can be sprayed around the body or the areas which are more sensitive at that moment or which you feel need them the most (eg. knees, kidney etc)
• They can be sprayed on the inside of the wrists.
• Spray on any part of your body, including chakras (energetic centres) and acupuncture points.
• Add a few sprays into massage oils, body lotions, bath salts and in the water for
• your bath. (One spray per 5ml)
• It is safe to use them on animals and plants. You can spray around them, or add it
• to their drinking water
• You can spray your sitting, working and sleeping areas to enhance the environment
• and raise the vibration around you or your child or animal. We recommend using
• the essences in challenging times or when there are changes going on in
• your life as it helps both body and soul to cope and adapt to them.
• It's recommended that you keep a kit in your work area or at home, so you can use them depending on the situation and mood during the day.

We use spring water and Cachaça 20% (40%vol) alcohol + fructose in our spray bottles for preservation purposes. We can however make you an alcohol free dosage bottle by special request.

Are the essences safe to take with other prescriptions? What about the alcoholic content?

Yes. They help to balance and harmonize your emotions and the energy flow in your body. Remember you don't need to take it internally as the essences will work as well if you spray it on your wrists or around the body. If you are worried about the alcoholic content, remember that you are only having a few drops in each dose. If you take 4 sprays 4 times during the day, for example, your alcohol dosage would be less than 5 drops.
